Process Timeline:

1. Go to the Testing Services page, and review the products
2. From this page, download and fill out a "Test Kit Form".
3. Send this form to AgProDx/iGenix via email, fax (1.206.855.1777) or mail to:

4. When we receive your completed form, we'll ship collection kits to you.
5. Collect your samples, complete your paperwork, and return to AgProDx in a timely manner.
6. AgProDx will process your order and return your results.

Please note, at this time, all orders will be invoiced through iGenix Inc. , the parent company and laboratory service provider for AgProDx.
